Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski also referred to by the name Paul Wesley, is an Oscar-winning director and actor famous for his work in the popular television drama show The Vampire Diaries. As a character in the television series, he's received numerous nominations and awards like the Teen Choice Awards as well as the Young Hollywood Awards. Wesley was born in New Brunswick New Jersey, United States. During his college years, he demonstrated an interest for acting. He then enrolled in Rutgers University. However after realizing his potential in acting and knowing that he could make a career out of his incredible acting skills He quit. In the beginning, he was a part of the American TV show Another World. He played the role of a lead character on Wolf Lake, a CBS television show a year after. In the following year, when he landed the role of Stefan Salvatore for the American popular TV series The Vampire Diaries, his career was transformed. He was the director of a couple of episodes from the show as well. From the moment he made his debut in the film The Last Run he has been in a variety of popular films. Recent appearances as an actor Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer included support role. In addition, he's quite well-known on social media, with more than 13 million Instagram fans and over 4.1 million Twitter followers.
